Great quality coat all around i do tree work everyday and this coat has stood up to the wilderness no problem freezing temperatures thick brush maneuvering snags catch the zipper tab on things aggressively not a single rip wind proof waterproof its spectacular stays in place the heating element may take a minute to get going but it is hot through a hooded sweatshirt and if you're moving and working it's almost too much I give this coat all the stars easy thank you for the quality of a great fit and reliability

Love the coat! It's very warm and wind and rain proof but the heater plug in the pocket gets bent after awhile. I work intermodal and outside alot so I need a coat like this. The battery is a bit heavy which I think causes the plug to wear. I have probably sold a dozen of these coats already from other drivers asking about it. I would like to find a solution to the plug issue, can I change it myself?? 1-16-24 USB plug issue fixed but now I have a zipper issue!!! 2 yrs. after exchange for new coat and can't exchange for new one. Just can't win with this jacket!!!!!!!

A little lighter than I expected, but the heater works well, and it's definitely water proof a hundred percent. I work at the road and bridge department, this coat is good. The battery lasts nicely.

It's not as well insulated as we hoped, and we were disappointed that we have to buy a battery separately in order for it to function. In all fairness, it does say that in additional information section all the way at the bottom, but I think that needs to be in the main description that it does not come with the power cell.

I bought this for riding at night. It could be a little bit thicker, and it could go a little hotter, but it does do the job.

The main zipper broke and won’t stay zipped after two months of use. The pocket zippers barely zip and have to be fixed to even work. Outer layer of jacket ripped all over the place, and heater function of the jacket was practically useless.

The media could not be loaded. I work in traffic control and I bought this jacket because it's winter time. The jacket did a good job of keeping me warm and the convenience of using USB power banks was great. That said, 2 months after I purchased it, the heating has stopped working. Regardless of whatever power bank I use it still does the same thing. The jacket no longer warms up. The only sign of life I get from the jacket is from the power button which is constantly flashing purple, as seen in the video. It was nice to have this product while standing outside in freezing temperatures for hours at a time.
