Good product , everything was inside the box, so there was no problem installing it

Excellent after sales service.
The piece received was faulty. However, on contacting grundfoss their service technician came home and after testing the pump took the pump and replaced it with a new one.The help line personnel as well as the technician were very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with this kind of service.

Wrong product description for Branded product like Grundfos
In the header it is mentioned Grundfos "Automatic" Water Pressure Pump Suitable for Hot Water Circulation, Washing Machine & Shower UPA 120, but the details shows separate unit required for auto on off function. Why correct information is not mentioned ?Catalogue showing Model No. UPA15-120 Part Code 99366078 (New) / 98699697 (Old) but item received is UPA-120 Part Code 99553567. Sellers are misleading buyers.Only 1 no. union connector is supplied with Pump unlike UPA15-90 which has 2 nos. (Set of Brass Connector, Hex Nut & Gasket). So, in fact Flow switch must be bought as a set. Else one cannot use pump.
