A few drops at most ... About 2 tablespoons. Suited for after drips after using the urinal. Not for even moderate bladder leakage. So if you need to go frequently and need to let small amounts out till you can get to a men's room these won't hold much. Not even suited for a wet dream.

Yes and NO... It comes in a brown box with the shipping labels covering the "Depends" printed label on the box. Also, one of the shipping labels clearly state on the label "Depend Men Shields 174CT". That is not discrete to me... I was not happy and may have to purchase else where. This order was made on 05/15/16.

Can he wear them in his disposable diapers?

Don't know why not, I wear them inside jockey shorts and they work great. Inside a diaper may be kinda bulky the main purpose for the Shield is for light use - dribbles, etc.
