Solid mold type
Just received it in the mail and I got the solid mold version with the screw to connect. The pole is sturdy but releases a little easy but manageable.

Essential for those tall loads
Whenever I get drywall loads and need to set my edge protectors, it's my goto for the job every time. I've seen people use pvc pipe. I use to use it as well, but this is just an overall better product.

Nice heavy-duty corner pole!
i'm really glad i picked this thing up! my primary customer usually lifts me up in a basket to corner my loads, but now i just put corners in place and tap them on. the pole is stout and the head is nylon, so pretty sturdy. i like that you can also remove the corners using this by turning it around. works great and saves some time. the pole is silver aluminum, not yellow as in the pics.
