I purchaed it for my cats , but they never drink a single drop from this , the pump inside it is noisy and vibrate very much. My cats are scared of this feeder they never even come close to it , so i had to return it . Good product but not for made for my cat .

Cats love to drink from running water and this fountain is exactly what we were looking for. The assembly is super easy. We have been using it for a month now. Running smoothly, very quiet. The height of the fountain is perfect for all sizes and shapes of cats.

Was working good in the beginning but for some reason, the motor stopped working properly after a month. I tried cleaning and everything but nothing works. Sometimes the flow of water gets very slow and sometimes the water doesn't comes out.

The media could not be loaded.  The product I both was a dog h2o fountain. But the seller and the manufacture assured me that cat and dog fountain are similar in all aspects except for the size of the product. Really loved the product. The seller is very prompt in replying, really happy with him. I don't use the calcium tabs because my cats don't like it. My 9 year old cat loves the fountain, drinks directly from it. But my 5 year old doesn't like it when the fountain is running so I usually keep the fountain switched off. Still happy with the product. Got for a good deal too.

The media could not be loaded.  The product is fine. I have 3 cats and they took a day or two to start drinking from it. The closing flaps on the side are a bit loose and don't snap in but otherwise the fountain is working well. Expected a stronger flow but this seems to be fine. It is almost silent apart from a very soft gurgling sound. The cord plug is not great quality and fits loosely in socket. Overall think could have better quality parts for the price it demands.

My cat is definitely drinking more water than in bowl. I always thought it was a hoax but no, they really prefer flowing water

The Cat H2O water fountain arrived very soon. But the first one which came had a cracked bowl. On reporting, it was immediately replaced. Thank you Goofy Tails for the prompt service.The water fountain is easy to assemble and operate. It takes only 2W power and so even if you leave it on all the time, it consumes very little power. My cat was initially a little wary of it, but soon learned the joy of drinking from a flowing stream of water.The system comes with full instructions that are easy to follow. The only downside is that it requires weekly cleaning and monthly maintenance. But then, all such equipment demand that. The filters and dental tablets are easily available for replacement, though on the expensive side.On the whole, a very satisfactory experience.
