Be: My Mindfulness Journal

My daughter was gifted this journal and absolutely loved it. The prompts are so thoughtful and she loved filling it out. Now we gift this to her friends for birthdays.

I ordered this for my daughter who had no interest. I decided to fill it in myself and I’m really loving it. It reminds me to be mindful and shows me new ways how. I have also just ordered myself the Go journal for an upcoming road trip!

We love these books, but this is not as fun- more purpose, less play.
