Tried this for the first time. I used it as an alternative to cocoa powder while making sugar free desserts. It's a much healthier option. Also, this is completely safe to give to your pets.Made a dates, carob powder and chocolate pudding with chia seeds. It was demolished in minutes!I even tried making a mocha coffee shake. That came out good too. There's a slight difference in taste - it's definitely not as rich as cocoa powder, but it does the job.

This carob powder is good

I purchased it to bake for my Temple devotees. It totally gave the taste of actual chocolate cake. I’ll say it’s a great substitute for coco powder which has caffeine in it whereas carob powder doesn’t contain caffeine. Even if you’re trying to go on a detox diet, you can surely use this and eliminate caffeine from your body :)

Good choice if you want to avoid caffeine of cocao powder,i used it to make cake on janmashtami for Lord Krishna, be careful with quantity you use as it can affect the taste
