Light weight and easy to use
Pretty light weight and easy to use. My 8 years old boy helped to trim and he loves it. According from him, easy to turn on and he loves the roller on the ground, so easy for him to push and roll when he trims the edges. We have pretty big front and back yard, one battery is not enough, would recommend to get two batteries will help a lot.

Disappointed
I’m not very experienced with these kind of tools. I only have had gas power. Battery powered tools are the better option for me at this moment because I had back surgery. Single mom and can’t afford to further damage my back. Let’s just start with, it did its job for what it is and price. I only got to use it about 3 times before the wheel got stuck. I tried so hard to figure out what was wrong. Then after only using it 2 or 3 more times, it just stopped working. At first I thought the battery died. It wasn’t the battery! I can’t find the warranty papers so I’m just out of the money. It will cost more to get it fixed than what it cost.

So much better than a gas one!
I love how easy it is to get going and use. It vibrates less than a gas powered one, so my hands love it to. Because it is so easy… I find myself grabbing and using it more often than I ever did my gas one. I like that it only turns on when you push the button, so it’s easy to use intermittently as you are working around the yard. It doesn’t have to stay on like the gas ones. Last great thing… you don’t smell like gas after using it! Downside…. One battery doesn’t last an extremely long time, and I wouldn’t choose this to go through super heavy brush for an extended time. Not good for industrial use, but perfect for the backyard and around the garden.

I love this company's products!
They did a great job designing this. The battery s lightweight and the battery life is long (always good when you go cordless!). It is easy to turn on and off. And it is designed so that you can turn it in different directions depending on what you need to trim. The whole thing is very lightweight which is fantastic in a trimmer and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone doing non-commercial landscaping edging, et al

Trimmer
I like this trimmer because of the weight and the maneuverability, but with the trimmer, it is very hard to remove the cap. It's pretty large for small hands to push in the 2 side buttons at the same time, and the 2 side buttons are very, very hard to push in at the same time. I hoped the cap would pop-out, but you have to pull the top out at the same time pushing the 2 side buttons. I had to use a knife to push up one side at a time to get the cap completely off. The trimmer string got caught-up pretty quickly, and I had to take the cap off because the spooling of the string is crissed-crossed over that the string would not come out. So I had to do this 4 times removing the cap, which was very, VERY annoyingly hard to get off! So this is a big problem for me. I took the cap of the 4th time to fix the string and decided not to put it back on. I have to figure out something creatively to put on top of the trimmer in place of the cap because I figure the next stringer I order will have the same issue. NOTE: the stringer is crissed-crossed in 4 different areas where the string will stop coming out and you have to remove the cap and undo the criss-cross areas. RE the battery life, I cannot say because I had to stop and take the "hard- to-take-off" cap more than 3 times, by the 4th time I just had it, which is exhausting and have not put it back on. I have a very large front yard, and the backyard is not so large, which I only did the backyard to test this new trimmer. I still have a ways to go and need the trimmer to perfect my lawn grooming. But I do like the make-up of the maneuverability and the weight. Giving 3 stars because of the trimmer's cap and the string not being able to keep coming out. Thank you.

I Love this Product
I bought this to match with the LITHELI 13" 40V LAWNMOWER I bought awhile back. Both are light weight. Easy to operate and maneuver due to my arthritis. BTW: This 20v battery is also compatible with the lawnmower. Vice versa with the 40v battery being compatible with this trimmer. I'm buying another 13" 40v lawnmower bc mine broke down. Keeping all the parts and use them interchangeably...

Does Not Last, Find a More Reputable Brand
Worked ok, until it didn't. If you have an average size yard, this trimmer will not last long. Seemed like a good deal, but died during the second season using it. It will not turn on at all with a fully-charged battery. I also found the safety button and trigger to operate it awkward to use. Maybe it will last if your area is small, but for most, it's probably not worth it.

This seller is very quick to answer questions about your purchase. The product is very easy to setup and run. No tool assembly with exception of #2 Phillips screwdriver to install the line guard. Did a great job on my lawn. It's very light & well balanced. If you have a large yard, rhe 40V would be best. But for small quick jobs, the 20V works great!

The battery cord version (not the orange tag system) strimmer is great so far. Lightweight with a strong action and working very well for edging too! Only used once but did a very good job that took around 20mins with the battery holding up strong! One star removed as the battery is not as shown in the images and is off white in colour almost pink with no black detail so doesn't look that good if that's what's important to you! Other than that a very good strimmer, works well!

Perfect little trimmer, unlike a lot of trimmers this one is light and easy to use. The head tilts in different directions making easy to get in awkward places. Battery operated, which last an amazing length of time. I’m able to clean front and back lawn without having to recharge.

Edit: After posting the review the company reached out to rectify the situation. They sent another one within the week, free of charge. Very pleased with their customer service. The first one I received may have been a faulty unit. After the using the second one for a couple hours, on and off over the last couple months it seems to be holding up fine. Light weight and easy to manevaure. Perfect for your city yard, not for your acreage or old lot. Old review. Stopped working after only 15 minutes of non concurrent work. Battery is still charged but won't turn back on, will have to go through the hassle of returning it now.
