Sticks well and helps lessen snoring
The glue is strong but does not pull the skin off. The strips are very helpful in lessening snoring. Choking is noticeably reduced.

Lasts me for 2 nights !!
These nasal strips are excellent - have been using for last 3 months regularly -- a little expensive for many of us in India. After the first night, I carefully remove the strip in the morning and stick on a clean polyethylene sheet; and then use it for a second night -- with good results. On the third day morning, the edges of the strip do come up a bit - but the strip still does its job of keeping my nasal valve open throughout the two nights.Having got used to these now, not sure what I would do, if for any reason they become unavailable -- a worrying thought at the back of mind !!
