good product but on the expensive side.

My hands get very sweaty during pole classes. This product made climbing and spinning way easier. Don't use it too much though, or you won't be able to spin at all. I definitely recommend it.

I've tried this for my pole dancing class last week. Overall is very useful. I applied a tiny bit in my palms and it dries in a few seconds. Last about 10-15mins I reckon? For 1hr class, I applied 3 times in total. The bottle is very small so it's very convenient to put in my bag. Like it!
