Inside the box was a packet of coffee and it was also not airtight!!! I tried to exchange it but their page doesn't work!!! Very but protection

Beide Vakuumverpackungen defekt bei Lieferung
Die Vakuumverpackung beider Pakete war bei Ankunft defekt. Ich habe daher die Ware retourniert. Keine Kaufempfehlung!

NOT COFFEE BEANS
I searched Amazon for 'Coffee Beans'. This was one of the products my search revealed. At the top of the page for this item it gives the product category tree: 'Grocery › Drinks › Coffee › Whole Coffee Beans › Roasted'. Pretty clear, right? So imagine my surprise when Amazon delivered GROUND COFFEE. Further down, under the specific info section, there is the following: "Is it ground coffee? Rufus is generating a response... No, the Lavazza Qualità Rossa is whole bean coffee, not ground coffee.'
