Sirona pain relif patches were a good cheat for period pain. The fragrence is mix of mentol,eucalyctus and many more essential oils. Average time it works is not more than 2 hrs but it does it job when applied. Applying sirona pain relif roll on on the patches increase its duration , so tats a hack to use limited patches with long durations on one go!!!

Love these pain stick ons. They don't totally eliminate the pain but they at least don't make me reach for the medicines either. Pain is pretty manageable with these stick ons.
