Love the curls you get and you can fiddle about and change the heat, length of time and left or right curls, only things is the battery life and I've got long and thick ish hair so it dies when you have half a head of curls.. waiting for it then to charge up again and then to heat up again is a pain but given the price and how much I actually like the item I just bought a second one to get a full head of curls

Very poor. Won’t charge. Had it in the drawer and only started using it. Takes about 5 hours to charge and then when u curl ur hair 30minutes the battery is dead. Could only curl 1 person and then have to re-charge. Not impressed with it at all.

Easy to use and happy with curls but battery life doesn’t last long

The media could not be loaded. I can never do one side of my hair as well as the other side with straighteners but this solves this problem! Takes a few goes just to get used to how it works but it’s really so easy. It makes scary ringlet curls but when they cool down you just brush them through and you have lovely long lasting loose curls! Battery lasts just about long enough to do a head of shoulder length hair and you do have to take small sections at a time to prevent it getting stuck but if it does get stuck it just shuts down so you don’t have to worry about your hair getting fried!Well worth the money!

In less than 1 month, the battery stopped charging and even after heating attached to the USB mains lead, after just 4 curled sections it automatically turned off and I had to wait for it to reheat again, another 2 minutes.Care: you need to concentrate when curling a section of hair, as if you slightly lift your finger off the button it will continue pulling hair into the machine causing tugging, pain and trapping the section in which can be scary and take some time to untangle from the curler. Due to not heating I had to send it back. Shame. I will now look to purchase a more expensive one

I love using this, takes no time at all to curl my short length hair (just above the shoulder) , it does need charging fully before use but if im quick enough i can manage all my hair in 1 charge,

Bought this for my wife who has tried to use it on a number of occasions. The product is bulky and fiddly to operate. It does not remain hot for long and it does not keep charge between uses. This means my wife needs to charge it before immediate use and try get her entire hair done before the charge and heat goes as it cannot be used plugged in.It's not even worth 1 star but that's as low as it will go.Complete waste of time and money and not fit for purpose.

Worked well for the first few times though battery life was short. Now isnt charging at all despite leaving on charge for hours. Cant refund as its been over 30days and dont know how to rectify.
