Works just fine. But 100% comfortable. You have to place and adjust it perfectly otherwise you'll feel fatigue and pain. If you are good with 0.5kg or 1kg I suggest going for the steel options. Those would be way more comfortable. The main purpose of these weights are passive training but you can wear and forget these, these weight are uncomfortable enough to remind you that you are wearing them all the of use. Fits just nice. Grip is OK. Just tear and add weights to use, easy to use. Used for passive training.

I run and jog in those it held up pretty good the neoprene material is soft and durable definitely better than the other cheap ones, No leakage, the stitching held up good and the fit is also great,There is a chance of leakage of the sand bags if you adjust the weights often as the sand bags are made of plastic but I have the 1.5kg option and I don't adjust the weights.

Perfect shape, perfect cushioning, good fit with an extended velcro. This one is simply the best ankle weight in the market. I've used it for quite some time now and there is no sign of extensive usage. The weight do not hurt the skin (like some of the others over a period). Strong reccomendation from my side.
