It is of very good quality. I used it for fixing airconditioner stabilizer on wall. It has 90 degrees of bend and sits on the wall pretty well.

Thick enough, and well priced.
What to say about brackets? They are sturdy, and the price is reasonable. I painted, cut, and drilled new holes in mine, and it worked fine.

Good quality product. Very strong too. Also it’s black paint coated. So it should be rust proof. The only downside is it’s price. I feel the same product would be available at local shop for cheaper price.
