Will this latch fit the rear quarter window on a 1991y K5Blazer?

Not sure about that, I bought it for the rear window slider of my 1989 chevy silverado replacement that latches in the center of rear window.

will it fit at 1976 Chevy C10?

It depends if you have installed an aftermarket back window. I am not sure if it will work on an OEM '76 window? I installed it on a '93 Chevy and it worked great.
