Pure Encapsulations Iodine, 120 Capsules

After years of using pink salt, not eating a lot of dairy eggs, or seafood I was having the symptoms of a slow thyroid. I thought an supplement might be helpful since I was not getting iodine through my diet. I really noticed a difference when I started taking it. But I only take one capsule every other day. That seems to fulfill the need that I had. I think my hair is getting thicker and I have definitely shed some pounds while my diet is the same.

Works great as far as I can tell. No stomach upset either. Very easy on the stomach
