The media could not be loaded.  Taste is good, affordable product, u can consume it intra workout, value of money is good, but the volume of aminos are as not up to mark, but the ratio of bcaa is good

It's good product overall. The fact that it's having BCAA too is a great thing. After a months use, I would recommend this product as I was able to see some very effective changes.I started to have less muscle soreness.I used to have shoulder pains which drastically reduced with this.It keeps me hydrated through the workout with sufficient energy.The price is satisfactory. I bought this for 900/- approx.The only downside might be the flavour. The flavour is fine but you need to get used to it.However, I am using this for the 2nd month now. It's actually really helpful.
