Janky
I was so excited to come home to my diffuser today knowing it had been delivered. I just recently quit smoking and my anxiety is at an all time high. I am new to the world of essential oils and was excited to try something more natural. This is the most janky thing I've ever purchased. The lid doesn't completely secure so if it's knocked over the water is just on the floor. I started smelling a burning smell when I was noticing there was no strong mist. There was some pliable cover over the hole the steam is supposed to come out of and it was melting. Not sure if I just received a defective one or what. I felt I'd chosen thee right one based on reviews. Also, the instructions are vague and I can tell the person who wrote them is ESL. Doesn't really make sense or translate well. Sad. Great concept.

Good at first, then broke
When I first received this product, I was very pleased. Had a little trouble getting the setting correct but then worked very well. When I tried to start it up last night, I noticed that the small plastic disc that helps the mist diffuse more evenly had broken off. It appears that it is already not allowed for return and no way to contact the seller. Very disappointed.UPDATE: Company saw the review and worked with me. They sent me a new diffuser. It works so far. The company was very gracious in satisfying my issue.

I love the design of it and it works great, the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I do not find the Instructions easy at all and will probably never get to use any other options than turning it on, does it even turn off ever? Maybe it's just me, but the product works and looks great!

I am very happy with the amount of mist it puts out
I just got this diffuser today. I am very happy with the amount of mist it puts out. That has been hard for me to find in a diffuser that does this. It fills my room with my essential oils and that's what I wanted. I took a star away bc it puddles water very heavily on the top of the diffuser as well as the table it sits on. Because of this I may have to return it.
