Not recommended
Weight plates were damaged. Out of 4 weights 1 damaged sent by seller. And double rods are poor quality with very less weight than usual. Curve rod ends that is weights stopper was crossly fixed leads to movement of weights attached.

Material of the plate is the only problem
The product is absolutely good ! And value for money the only problem that I faced is one of 2kg plate had broken . Their packaging was very good but the plates are made of pvc which need a great care . You need to handle with care . Then the grip of the rod is really good . And also the dumbbell rod is strong and the gloves is good but not much quality an average and the skipping rope also . Handgripper also good The only problem that all has faced is the plate quality! It maybe the fault of your delivery partner but as my suggestion the brand should increase the quality of the material!. All round this product is value for money and if your plate is broken you can fix it with M seal a product like glu . I had fixed it with glu gun . Id more than 2plate is broken you can return the product don't take the risk to keep it . Personally I loved the product and my body has changed a lot !

Useless product it contains sand Instead by from a local market shop after properly checking the product Not value for money, the rod for handling the weight are very thin it is not useful for gripping.

Worst product - total waste of money
Bad packaging and low quality product , Even the rods which should be metallic are not made up of metal at all but are wooden sticks covered in thin metallic sheets - even the weight of rods also was not as what written in description Moreover the weight plate have holes and scratches - the concrete inside is loose and was coming outside The skipping rope , gloves , hand gripper are just for show - no quality at all The clips were made of very cheap material and it felt as if they could break any moment The screws for holding weights in place were made of some cheap plastical material Totally a waste product
