Not very impressed. I guess I'm smarter than I thought (or maybe not for purchasing this book). If you have no knowledge about physiology than you may find the information helpful.

excellent book for gaining knowledge on various foods, and helps you understand the reasons why people gain weight, and how you can easily reduce belly fat, I highly recommend the book, for any person who wants to be healthy, the book is an easy read.

Great book, priced reasonably
This book has really helped me to understand how to make a change to my diet and lifestyle start to happen. Lots of info and I have tried many of the recipies. Great book, priced reasonably, and fast delivery.

SO FAR SO GOOD
This is a very good book. I'm 49 years old and have been on a perpetual diet since I was a teen...Of course, it has been MANY MANY programs (Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Cabbage Soup, Lisinopril, etc...etc...etc...) - even Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Diet. I read this book from beginning to end...I LOVE IT and have begun to use Erin's ideas. It's something I CAN do...I'm a picky eater and DON'T EAT AVOCADOS or mushrooms...Erin lets me do my own menus. I love vegetables and fruit and most are unlimited.I would DEFINITELY recommend this book...especially to "over 40's" like myself.

An easy to read, sensible guide to life style change that will last a life time. A truly great guide to healthy eating, not a new diet fad.

Interessante Lektüre
Das Buch ist interessant zu lesen. Allerdings lassen mich diese Ratgeber etwas ratlos, denn kaum schlägt man einen anderen auf, erzählt der einem wieder genau das Gegenteil. Hier heißt es z.B. man soll alle 4 Stunden etwas essen, also bevor man wirklich richitg hungrig ist. Woanders lese ich dann wieder, man solle wegen der Insulinausschnüttung mindestens Pausen von 5 Stunden zwischen den Mahlzeiten einhalten. Was stimmt jetzt? Etwas nervig ist, dass das Buch ziemlich redundant ist, ständig wird das Gesagte noch einmal zusammengefasst, wiederholt, also wirklich für Dummies.

very useful for someone with a spare tire to get rid of. Would council people to try it. <it's not easy to change ones life style

Useful reference book
Good as a reference book although the meal plan ideas are not as useful for a vegetarian. There are some vegetarian recipes but you have to be prepared to use the information to create your own ‘diet’.
