Integrative Therapeutics is my go to brand for vitamins and minerals and supplements. The riboflavin is just what I needed since giving up coffee. It gives me energy but no jitters.

I was taking Thorne riboflavin which worked well except it was expensive since each capsule was 32mg. Since I need 400 mg 2x/day, I switched to this and won’t use anything else. This is affordable, I no longer need an afternoon nap, and to corners of my moth have improved dramatically.

Good quality supplement. My husband relies on it for complex migraines.

I believe it is a good product, but don't take it if you have bladder issues, makes your pee smell.

Met expectations

I've been taking this along with some other body support supplements and this has been great. Highly recommend

so easy to swallow. very slight vitamin b taste, but gone almost immediately. this brand has been a lifesaver for me; swallowing tons of pills every day is so exhausting, and every other b2 pill i’ve found comes in 100 mg tabs, which would mean 4 per day. i’ve been using this brand for several years now and have not been disappointed yet. tried b2 for the first time a few years ago and 3 weeks in i said goodbye to my daily migraines. now i get ~2 per month and zero side effects (other than very brightly colored urine). literally life changing.

My doctor suggested 400 mg. of Riboflavin for my Migraine headaches. I took the Integrative Therapeutics brand for 3 months and my headaches became less frequent and I felt great between headaches. When I ran out, I tried a cheaper brand and my headaches are back full force! I just reordered more of the Integrative Therapeutics brand and feel like I can trust the brand. Since I take it every day I just wish it was a little cheaper but I guess it's worth it since it seems to work for me.
