Excellent thread locker.

Loctite never disappoint.
Being an electromechanical engineer i would strongly recommend this. Especially for fast moving & load carrying applications and also for vehicles even bikes. But pay attention to recommendations of manufacturer before applying (eg. Size of an fastener)

Had a problem in removing a thermostatic shower valve as the body was unscrewing leaving part of the valve in situ and impossible to remove. Used red Loctite to fix both parts together enabling both parts to unscrew together, thus fixing the problem.
