The text and this journal together take you deep into your grief and lets you process it. The only problem is, you go so deep, but there is no real person there to guide you through the tidal wave of emotions that can happen.... It is highly recommended that you use these books as a supplement (in tandem) with your grief counselor or bereavement group. 15 bucks for a paperback journal, with a question on each page is rather steep, but they are deep questions for the most part. The author knows his subject well, and comes across as empathetic. Just make sure you have support along for the journey.
