not pure, bad quality, they did not deliver the item, it was pack of 3 each *2 total=6 but they deloivered 2 only and charged full amount.

Well the taste of this product is sour because of the added citric acid not bitter ,I would prefer the one with bitter taste because it increases the secreation of gastric juices overall cannot say about the health benefits used it for shorter period of time
