The item corrupted every file loaded onto it.
The item corrupted every file loaded onto it.Unfortunately, I waited too long for a return. I would advise staying away from this item or return it quickly if you have an issue.My mistake was trusting that everything I loaded - transferred okay. I checked later and all the movie file folders were empty. I had done a cut and paste. All was lost. 5 UHD movie files.

It doesn’t work
It doesn’t work on my iPhone 7 or my laptop. It says not enough storage to install the app, which has to install to download. That’s why I need to save my photos, so I can delete photos. It does nothing on my laptop. No action whatsoever! Waste of time and money!

cool product
We have the new iPhone 12 max pro's and I have to say this flash drive is a must have. And the fact that they're 1tb for that price is crazy to me. Just remember this when you transfer video files from your phone most players can't play back 4k 60fps. It's not the flash drive. Just set the video to 4k 30fps before recording and you'll be good

Nearly lost photos
Amazon should stop selling this product. We copied the photos as instructed. It showed complete and when we checked the file there were photos in there. Opening the file thiugh showed less that 1/5th of photos selected. Luckily I read reviews and didn’t delete photos or we would have lost pictures of friends now deceased thanks to the covid shot. Not good

Just what I needed
Needed to free up some space on my phone and be able to use them later on the computer or print them. Easy to use. Price was reasonable.

Garbage
Only used it once, it said that it was transferring all items from my phone (7,481 files) only 447 of them got transferred, went to use it again and it refuses to read/connect to phone
