Perfect for keeping wind out of ears in cool weather. Feels nice between helmet and head. Not much to these; simple, light, well made and fit range of head sizes.

I am bald on most of my head, and I was planning to travel to a place where the weather would be in the low 50s at times. I didn't think I really needed a warm or heavy hat, but I thought it might help to have something that I could stuff in the pocket of my sport coat in case I was waiting for the bus and it got chilly. I have a small head and most hats are big on me. These beanies fit snugly but not too tight and they stay in place and don't shift around. They can cover my ears but I can also wear them with the ears exposed. There is a little extra material (probably they fit larger heads better), but you can pull them back so that they appear smooth like a swim cap. The material is thick enough to provide some warmth, and has the feel of soft cotton. I was able to machine wash and tumble dry them without causing noticeable shrinkage or malformation. I ended up wearing them on chilly mornings at the bus stop and while riding electric razor scooters around town at speeds up to 20 mph. I also like to wear them when I go jogging on colder days. They absorb sweat and keep it from dripping into my eyes, and do not feel uncomfortable when exercising. I ordered the variety pack with four colors, and I did notice that they were not all identical in size. The red one is noticeably larger but it doesn't really seem to make a difference. Very handy!

These are just okay. Yes, they are soft - the price is good for 4 different thin skull caps, but I just couldn't get past the multiple spots of puckering on top. No matter what you do, the fabric will continue to bunch. The other knock is the label on the inside. Intrinsic to a cap like this is the desire and ability to roll up or cuff the bottom if desired. The tag is sewn in and so there is no way to fully remove the tag. Without these two issues, I'd heartily recommend these - and I suppose if you don't care about these points, give them a shot. Before purchasing I didn't think either of those things would be an issue....turns out I'm pickier than I thought!

I wasn't expecting this! It's not a thick material but it had good heat retention. Comfortable to wear. I would recommend!

Very good for wearing under a hard hat or any time you want a lighter skull cap.

These are excellent replacements for kerchiefs when bike/motorcycle riding. Slightly bigger than expected, they can be adjusted with a bit of folding.
