This makes a very nice tea, interesting unusual flavour (I like it) and makes me feel relaxed.

Made up my own smoking mix on eresearching advice on how to give up standard tobacco. Mugwort, Damiana and Mullein does the trick for me.

Not specified on Amazon when I purchased it, and doesn't have an option for a refund. No good for me as I have coeliac disease. Not impressed.
