If used by itself, the main ingredient, Calcium Casein, will coat your leaves and make them mush more resilient to PM, so it’s a good product for a preventative IPM maintenance regimen. However, for treatment of an active infection in your garden, this stuff isn’t enough on its own. To cure Powdery Mildew, I use Procidic 2, Banish (for Geraniol), and PMT, with Saturator as a surfactant. If using this mixture, remember to adjust the pH up as Procidic 2 greatly reduces the pH of the solution, but works best in the 5.5-6.0 range.
