We have had this for about two weeks and have not had any issues with exception to a couple lock ups during installing an app, but restarted it and has been working just as hoped, could have been an auto update from the tab as we had just set it up. We got this to monitor my dads new Kiwibit bird camera as he does not use a smart phone...and they are supa tiny for 88 year old eyes, so in lieu of spending $230 on a Samsung Tab, we tried this out...and so far does all we need and has more we will never need lol...Kiwibit should hook up with you and provide these as a kit with the cameras...WAYYYYYYYY better than a tiny little app on phone...besides who wants to be looking at their phone all the time even more...8)

This is a great tablet for the price. It handles the basics like books, video and mobile games well. I just was looking for a larger screen for reading and this is exactly what I needed

If I could give this, no stars, I would. I bought this for my granddaughter to play Roblox and watch YouTube two weeks ago . I noticed right away that it seemed awful hot when you were charging it or playing on it and it ended up melting the charging dock.. customer service or maybe it was Amazon were great because it was obviously a problem with the battery. They did not make me return it, but they sent me a new one which I received today.. it’s already doing the same thing running very hot. I now noticed that just setting it up which took about 10 or 15 minutes. It went from 100% charged to 81. My granddaughter got to play on it for 2 1/2 hours before it died it’s now been charging for four hours and it’s only at 43%. this is the worst tablet I have ever seen. I am not keeping it. It’s getting returned. It was definitely not worth what I had to pay for it. This pretty much disposable tablet. Lol

It arrived and wouldn't turn on no matter what I did, I see that a lot as a customer review here, what you have to do is to charge it for about half an hour then it starts up fine. I needed a 50 dollar tablet, I got a 50 dollar tablet. It's slow but that's okay; all I needed was something I could download Kindle to. After uninstalling all the applications I didn't need it works alright. This thing can go days without a charge if you're using it regularly or weeks if you're using it once in a while. I use it to do my college homework reading during my lunch break at work and listen to music on the train and I've needed to charge it once in that week. Be careful with the screen though. I had the tablet face down on my table and a literal crumb of food scratched the surface. The scratch isn't a deal breaker for me since everything still works but it might be for others.

I had one of these tablets for 3 years and really liked it so when it wore out I bought this one thinking it was the same. I already had the detachable key board and the nice cover and cords so it seemed like the sensible purchase. However this is not at all like my original and has many annoying changes that are making it unpleasant to use. I will have to buy a different one as daily use on this is too nerve wracking. #1) tablet does not turn horizontal when the cover is set up for horizontal use. If I enter through Google the tablet stays vertical so I can't use the cover. #2) When I enter through Chrome is is horizontal but after you go to 1 site you no longer get to the search page. A page with tabs comes on but clicking on the tabs doesn't open to the search page no matter what. That means I have to go back to Google search page which is only verticle. #3 My previous tablet took great photos and I used that constantly, this tablet the photos are blurry and too light. Not sharp clear printable pictures. After trying several times I had to go retake pictures with my phone. #3) This tablet is very slow, my original Cooper table was super quick even with a hot spot. Where I live now I have the best super fast fiberoptic internet and there is always a delay of 7-10 seconds changing sites. #4) this tablet has the worst keyboard and space bar has to be hit harder than the other keys, I keep having to go back to add spaces because the words are all running together. #5) jumping- in the middle of doing things it suddenly jumps back to the opening page leaving my project out in cyber space, and I have to go back to my Chrome book to start all over because I can't retrieve my work in tabs like I should be able to. All in all not worth it. Get a different brand even kids will be frustrated with this inferior tablet.
