A: I use it for lasagne, works great and tastes good, can not eat cows milk cheese.

A: No,  this is a dry salted ricotta.  Akin to a hard aged cheese like Parmesan.

**Q: Is there any way to freeze this cheese?**
A: Yes. Wrap it with heavy freezer wrap and put it in the freezer. We cut ours into wedges so that you can take out what you need, then put the unused portion in the fridge. You can store it for approximately one month in the fridge
