Q: Does these come with casing?

Not a hard case, more like a wallet

Q: Considering in buying the set for my husband. Not sure on which weight I should buy. Can anybody help?

The weight of the dart a person likes varies depending on numerous factors. I have a set of 21, 22 and 24 gram darts (all Red Dragon styles). I've convinced myself that 23's are going to be my "perfect" weight. But, I definitely like throwing the different weights at different times. Plus, you can really "tune" your darts to your balance preference with different length shafts and/or thinner or thicker flights. BUT, Red Dragon definitely has some of the best quality professional darts for the price. I HIGHLY recommend them. To give you some sort of guideline, if your husband is a larger, strong guy, (like 6'+ and 200 lbs+) then I would go with the 24's, but if he's on the average size (like me 5'10" 185 lbs), then I would go with 22's or 23's. They all throw great, so I would look for specific shapes in the dart design that would suit his hand size the best. I have large hands and really like a dart with a bit of a barrel shape versus straight and I definitely prefer lots of surface ridges and designs that can give me a firm grip. Be sure you get at least 90% and up tungsten darts like these. I'd be happy to answer any other questions for you, but I'm not sure how we can do that here on Amazon. Hope all this helped some.
