Before this purchase, my knowledge of bath bombs was limited; I just knew a child who had taken up the project of making them and I forgot to ask her how it turned out. Knowing that my own child loves water and loves bubbles, I figured this novel purchase would be of worth. I was not disappointed. The package contains 12 bombs, all of one uniform size and weight (I'd approximate the size and feel of a baseball). Each ball comes in a different color (some repeated colors), individually and double wrapped. On the outside, it is a thin paper with a sticker affixed to it that defines the scent and provides the suggested use. For example, "mint soothe muscles". After removing the paper, there is a plastic wrap that most certainly does not go under the category of stress free packaging (I don't mind but my six year old daughter does). The scent is much stronger too when removed from the wraps. I can't verify that the labeled scents are entirely accurate (I didn't think the mint smelled like strongly like mint) and the suggested uses are noteworthy (I don't know if it soothes muscles), but I do know that the smell of each ball is a pleasant aroma, calming and smile inducing. It makes me nostalgic of past warm, fuzzy memories. Excited about the smell (and my daughter excited about the fact that it was a ball with color), we proceeded to deposit a ball into a bucket full of water. It took a total of 15 minutes to dissolve completely, during which there was a constant fizzing in the water and the presence of millions of tiny white bubbles (I took a picture and a video for a better illustration). My daughter was giggling the whole time, clearly delighted by the coloring of the water, the thin film of foam, and the fizz. The whole scene is not exactly my idea of a bubble bath, but my daughter was enjoying herself. After the ten minute mark, she saw the hint of surprise and she lost it: she broke out into a real laugh, motioning for me to see the surprise while yelling out "surprise" in a high octave clearly denoting the full extent of her surprise. After the surprise toy was revealed and all fizzing ended, my daughter spent another two hours playing with the water. I continued to enjoy the scent. And the best part is that there was no staining. It was a win-win for all parties involved. I had to hide the box of bath bombs, not because I thought she could bomb the tomb with the bath bombs, but because I know she would eventually cut herself in trying to get the plastic wraps out of the balls. In the end, the pros are as follows: each ball promises a different scent (although there are repeat colors). each ball offers a different surprise animal each ball promises 15 minutes of fizzing each ball promises to color the water without staining the tub/container I cannot get over the lovely scents for so many balls, the price is excellent In the end, the cons are as follows: Some of the surprise animals look too similar; they should have offered more variety I wish it were sudsier--bigger and/or more bubbles They could have made each ball three tone colors for more fun In conclusion, the pros clearly outweigh the cons. Would I buy this again? Yes. Bath bombs are the bomb, especially for children who love to play with water.

These bath bombs are super cute and fun! I didn’t realize that they had different scents, but each one came individually wrapped and labeled. They each had multiple colors on them and changed the water fun colors to match! We have tried 3 so far and some scents smelled more like what they were supposed to than others, but all had a bit of a perfumey scent. Some also dissolved quicker than others but all of them had a cute little plastic pup inside that seems to be decent quality! My kids loved these! We have only had our hands in them so far but didn’t notice any irritation and they left our skin soft and with a light scent. Since these are individually wrapped they would make a fun party favor too! Just note: While they are listed as organic on the website it didn’t actually say anything about being organic on the labels, but the ingredient list seemed to be typical of bath bombs and nothing too concerning unless you have an issue with ‘perfum’ for fragrance!

Great value for the price. Long lasting bath bombs, fun colors and a full variety of scents. The toy inside is cute and so better than others I’ve purchased. The cost difference is huge. Highly recommended

This was our second set of these bath bombs because my girls went through the first set so fast! They just LOVE picking out a scent for their bath each night, watching the water turn fun colors, AND waiting for the bomb to dissolve to see what little surprise pet is inside! We now have 24 pets and the girls play with them all the time - they are great quality (not cheap little rubber trinkets) and really cute too. I plan to gift these going forward - the gift that keeps on giving, what child wouldn't enjoy that?!

Super fun and cute bath bombs! My child loved the colors and surprise inside. The scent is not too strong but just enough to make the bath smell good. Will buy again!

My family loves these bath bombs! My kids LOVE waiting (impatiently) for the small toy on the inside which has been typically a small glass or hard plastic animal figure. As mom, I think they smell great and make their skin so soft! I rinse the kids with fresh water after they soak in the bath bomb and their skin is still so soft. Not irritatingly at all, but my kids don’t have sensitive skin so I can’t speak to that. Great value for the money. We will definitely order more.
