I had full fibre installed but unfortunately the hub had to go completely the opposite side of the room where my wired connections were, so I bought this and ran it around the room and connected to a switch box and then wired cables into that switch.It is nice and long and I bought flat cable so it could be hidden effectively.It worked flawlessly with no problems at all, so I recommend this a a very good quality and competitively priced product.

Purchased this so I could have a cable going from my router to the garage.Although it's probably not intended for outdoor use, it's been in place for a few months now and there's no sign of damage and it's still working. Can't fault that. Nice cable.

Works well with my PS5 and it being CAT7 doesn't slow my speeds down (500mb download). Comes with pins so I pinned it all around my door frame and run it under the door to the PS5. Very good value for money Vs other products and it being Amazon basics, you know it'll work without it being fake about it's speeds.

I bought the 15m cable as I wanted to get a wired connection to the internet router without having the cable get in the way.I must say that even after it got bent 90 degrees multiple times going around the door frame, the cable still works flawlessly and achieves gigabit speed.No regrets with this purchase, works perfectly.

La calidad del cable es notable y funciona sin problemas con una conexión muy estable, mejorando el PING y la latencia. Se puede sentir un poco más flexible de lo que muchos esperarían, pero es normal, eso quiere decir que si tiene un cobre puro cada hilo, ya que el cobre puro suele tener un cierto grado de flexibilidad, y como muchos cables vienen con aleación o simple chapa de cobre, la gente se va con la finta de que se deben sentir duros (difíciles de doblar los cables, según el grosor), y dan por sentado de que delgado y flexible es igual a malo, lo cual solo aplica si lo que buscar es mayor soporte de amperaje, como el calibre de los cables eléctricos, y en este caso es otro tipo de calibre el que se maneja, el cual en este caso es Cat 7.

This is a standard ethernet cable, more likely Cat 6 functionality rather than Cat 7 as labelled (even the box isn't consistent, as it says Cat 7 followed by 1Gb/s speeds.)The cable seems fairly robust, though it's definitely not for outdoor or plenum use. As it's flat, we could tuck it under the baseboards for most of the run.The connectors seem decent, though not the highest quality. The snag protector part is relatively cheap, so I doubt it would stand up to any significant tension. We don't expect to move the cable too often, so it isn't likely a problem for us.Using a Fluke cable testing kit, we confirmed that it carries data at about a Gigabit; through a Caldigit hub to a MacBook Pro, SpeedTest pulled a Gigabit consistently.Summary - It's a decent cable - not Cat 7 spec, but still useful. It's perhaps a bit expensive for a Cat 6a cable though.
