This apron is truly heavy duty, just as described. It is heavy duty cotton canvas and appears to be very high quality fabric. The tabs on the trim are plastic. I was confused by the similar appearance and description of this 19.99 apron to another apron on Amazon, also Afun, photo identical, but price $5.00 less. I queried and rufus answer was not helpful in distinguishing any difference in the aprons. I decided to also order the less expensive apron to do my own comparison. What I found is that the $19.99 version is much thicker and heavier than the $14.99 version. So my advice would be: If you intend to use the apron as protection when grilling or occupational use, get this version. If its only for casual cooking, the thinner one could be adequately protective of stains on clothes, while feeling lighter and cooler.

I bought this for my spouse and he absolutely loves the quality jean material. He's 6'1, 250lbs and this fits wonderfully. The straps make it very easy to adjust as you need, as well as the 3 pockets (which did come in good use). I would buy this again as a gift for someone and do recommend it.

I gave this apron fairly high marks because overall, it's good. The issues I'm having are just personal ones. Positives: the purple is great. I wanted purple and purple is what I got! It's a heavy canvas that appears durable. I've been wearing it daily for hours for a couple of weeks now with no breakdown of the materials. The pockets are what I needed and they are working great. My phone fits great, collecting chicken eggs fit great, my handheld speaker fits perfect in the top pocket when I'm tired of wearing my earbuds. It's a good length and it fits fine on my 5'6" 240 pound lumpy frame. Negatives: It's hot. HOT HOT HOT. It makes me sweat. Yeah, I'm a heavy gal so I overheat anyways but this doesn't help. I'll be looking for something with less thickness and a lighter material because I can't be hot in Texas. It's hot enough as it is. It's HEAVY. I can't deal with the heavy material for very long. For the younger peeps with no degenerative arthritis in their backs, sure. For my back? Nah...it starts to wear on me and that sucks. It's just too heavy for me which is a bummer because it's great, otherwise. One last thing, the straps are almost too short to tie but I'm also a large person. I got the size I thought would fit fine and it WOULD fit fine if I lost some weight. So, just look at the measurements of the strings and make sure you'll be able to secure them with minimal effort when purchasing this item. With all of that being said, if you don't mind the weight and the thick material causing your core temp to rise some, it's a great apron.

Okay. For the price it is a nice apron. I would have like the straps to be longer. However, it has held up nicely and the material is nice and thick. It does great and it cleans up well.

I have already bought 3 of these aprons. I use one for gardening and the other in the kitchen. The third one I bought for my son who likes to cook but is particular about getting stains on his clothes. He loved it. The material is heavy and the straps are good quality. They fit just about any size. Definitely worth the money. They are a very good price.

Great apron feels comfortable and durable. It protects and covers your clothing well especially in environments where you might get splashed with grease or water. Looks great and gets the job done. Great price point.

It’s a pretty good apron, but not five stars perfect. I’m a 5’2” lady and it comes down to my knees. I’m an XL in size and I can tie the straps in the back (though wish they were long enough to tie in the front). The canvas is a heavier weight but the stitching is a little messed up. (Not a deal breaker but disappointing since the messed up stitching is in the front near the top so easily seen :( Here’s the main problem with this apron, the straps are cheap and junky with cheap clips and junky vinyl reinforcements. They’ll suffice but I feel I’ll need to replace them soon. I’m a sewer so that’s a plus if I need to do some sewing on this. I read the negative reviews and some complained you couldn’t figure out the straps. All you need to do is look at the apron diagram on the pictures here on Amazon and you can see how to attach. Additionally, the straps will fit through the holes but you’ll need to bend them and fold gown the fabric on the apron around the holes to get them through. Don’t give up. I’m 65 and figured it out. It’s definitely annoying to have to work at it, but again it’s not a deal breaker. As always, you get what you pay for now days and with mass produced items in today’s environment, this cheap apron is of good/average quality. If you want something more sturdy, you’ll need to check out aprons that cost twice this price.

The pic shows a cross X strap at the back which is missing with the package. Quality is good, thick fabric and good adjustable long straps for plus sizes. Phone pocket is a tad small, barely fits iphone 14pro with case. I am a professional baker and recommend it to my fellow bakers.

What a nice apron and such a fantastic price. Pros: Looks great, kinda hispter but it fits my style the pockets are perfect (except the pen/marker strap thing) The price is just great The material is nice and softens a bit after some washes (kinda rigid at first) The crossback design is done very well and makes putting on and taking off a breaze compared to other, less thought out designs Cons: The 2 little strap things for pens looks nice but isnt practical for professional use, the double strap makes it kind of annoying to put a pen in and they get knocked out a lot. not a big deal tho since I just put my marker and pen in the other chest pocket. Washing can be kind of annoying since youll probably want to take the ties off since they get wrapped up and is a pain in the washer. maybe if you dont have a central agitator in your machine itd be fine but in mine its too tangled. OVERALL: Fantastic value with cons that are minimal or subjective and it does the basics with design very well.

Missing back peice to hold the cross section together. Will have to make one my self, as i started customising it before I realised so I won’t be able to return.
