Futures, Options, and Swaps

Just read it already!

They sent e-mails letting me know that the book had been shipped, and another email saying that my satisfaction was #1 priority. Thats good, but I received the book around 2 weeks after I had order it, it took way too long.

I found this book very useful, easy to read, and easy to navigate when trying to quickly find how to structure hedges or trades. I was also lucky enough to have one of the authors as my professor. Though I highly recommend previous coursework in Derivatives, this book will also introduce basic fundamentals of Derivatives.

Do not purchase this text. While the fundamentals included in the book are sound, the curriculum can be learned through less frustrating means. As an example, the text is "supported" by a software program. However, the program is incompatible with any recent version of Windows. Not really helpful for anyone without an ancient PC or a time machine. I suggest finding reputable online sources for the subject matter instead of this text.

The book is excellentIt was supposed to come with an IBM-PC compatible program called OPTION! But the program did NOT accompany the book. Please let me know how I can get a copy of the program.THank you

The content is so dull and the layout makes reading it even duller. The chapters are too long as well.

Well this is actually a Ph.D level book that doesn't means it can't be used by PG level folks. The ones who have taken "options and futures "seriously need to buy this book. No words please have this master piece. You can have John Hull's book also.

The content of th book is excellent. The concepts are explained clearly. The only issue was that there were a lot of pages missing in the copy I received. After page 14, it was page 43. That was disappointing.
