Great price, better quality
Good speed for when it was made. Screen size is the typical phone size. I love all the features available such as home screen customizations. The screen can dim and brighten really low and high. Over all, I love it, especially for the price.

Native Visual Voicemail can work even with Boost Mobile's preinstalled junk!
I spent so much time trying to get Visual Voicemail to appear as an option in the Phone app. And I finally did, no need for root! The renewed phone is indeed "SIM unlocked", but that doesn't mean it's clean from all the junk apps from the previous carrier's boot image, Boost Mobile (Sprint at the time). Non-native, non-disable-able "Voicemail" app and non-native, disable-able "Phone" app in some combination prevented native Visual Voicemail from working. The fix: I noticed the "Phone" app wasn't the native Google one. So I installed the Google Phone app from the Play Store. Then I disabled the preinstalled Phone app. Not sure this also contributed, but I additionally removed all the Permissions I could from the preinstalled "Voicemail" app. Disabled then Re-enabled Visual Voicemail in the Google Phone app, and it finally works! I thought I had to root this thing. I had called Amazon Support, seller support, Boost Mobile support, TMobile support, went to a TMobile store, and went to Best Buy Geek Squad to see if any of them could help get Visual Voicemail working. No one could help. The key was the preinstalled Phone app that looked like the native thing but wasn't. Android: Always Fun.

Amazon Dropped the Ball BIG TIME!
I purchased this phone because it was advertised as being Unlocked and able to be used on any carrier. Along with this phone, I purchased a Mint Mobile 90 day Service Plan ad well. The total cost for the two item was over $248.00. I picked up the phone and service plan on the 11th of August, 2022. That same day, I tried to activate the phone on the Mint Mobile Service Plan. And quickly found that the phone was NOT UNLOCKED. It was locked to the Sprint Carrier, and Mint Mobile could not activate their service plan. The very next day, on the 12th of August, I went in person to the Amazon Hub Locker/Distribution Center located in North Las Vegas and returned the phone and service plan. I received auto-generated emails from Amazon stating that they received both items and accepted my request for a refund. Since the 12th of August, I have had to go back to the Amazon Hub four times to inquire about the refund of the items in question. I have also had to call Amazon customer support at least six times to inquire about the refunds. I am writing this review on August 26th, 2022. As it stands right now. I just received the refund for the Mint Mobile Service Plan two days ago - 12 days to get that refund. And today I was told that I would have to wait until the 12th of September, 2022 to receive a refund for the phone. I am homeless, and in need of a phone and service plan in order to apply for employment. Most job applications are done online now, and an applicant needs valid contact information (i.e., a phone number), otherwise the online application will not allow the applicant to proceed if leaving the phone number field blank. Besides that complication, being homeless and unemployed, money is scarce and an extremely essential resource for my ability to simply survive, let alone pull myself up and off of the streets. But Amazon apparently feels completely justified selling an item that is falsely advertised, and then, even though they have promptly received the item back, holding onto the not insignificant amount of money the item cost; refusing to refund the cost of the item for more than a MONTH! This is completely unacceptable. And shame on Amazon for not promptly refunding the $150.00+ to which I am entitled. It should also be noted that this phone is sold by Amazon. Not by a third party vendor. I am completely frustrated and offended by Amazon's utter lack of reasonablity in issuing my refund, while I now have to wait a month, or more, to get my money back so that I can buy a phone and service plan that will enable me simply to apply for a job and get off the streets. ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE!

This phone is not unlocked...
The phone arrived in excellent, like-new condition. However, it was supposed to be unlocked. When I tried to check it's compatibility with my service, it said the phone is already active on the network. I tried to get help to see if it could get unlocked (my son's birthday is in five days and it is supposed to be for him), but it seems the only option is to return it for a refund that will take one to two weeks to process. Not impressed by the lack of options to resolve my problem. The phone seems great otherwise.

The phone works great, it's in good condition and the damage to its exterior is so minimal I don't even notice it. I'm very happy with this beautiful new phone, for what it is. But there's a glaring problem. This phone is advertised as a 2022 Moto G, with 5G capabilities. You sent me a 2021 Moto G Power, without 5G capabilities! I wasn't even sent the right phone, and a part of why I paid for this was because I needed a phone with 5G capabilities! Now I am paying for a 5G cellphone plan that I can only use 4G with! I paid for a newer phone and got an older generation phone instead! I can't afford to send it back. I need this phone now, not later. But I'm incredibly disappointed that I got scammed like this. Stop falsely advertising. I just have to be satisfied with what I have now. But I'll remember this. Buyer beware.
