I feel this is an excellent product. It fits exactly to the back , support lower back, providing very good comfort for long journeys.

Very good quality. It is soft. Easy to fit on car. large size. Provides good support. But suitable for all person, depending on your height and comfort. It was not suitable for me, but giving 5 star because the item is of good quality.

Quality wise the product is excellent but it didn't work for me. Used it for a day, felt a lot of discomfort and neck pain. Couple of my friends use it and it works for them. Easy returns policy is very helpful.

The shape of the pillow is ergonomic and the fitting to the seat is pretty easy. A elastic strap is given to tighten as required. The cushion material is very soft and good support to the neck. The look and feel, both are nice.

I own a 2014 wagon r vxi. Used this neck support which I initially bought for fronx. The wagon r head supports do not touch my head while driving but I never experienced neck pain in my vehicle in more than 1 year of driving, however the fronx head support(which touches my head) surprisingly caused neck pain. So I bought this neck support for fronx. I tried this pillow in my wagon r first and to my surprise, I experienced neck pain within 5 minutes for the first time in wagon r. I will try this in fronx and update about the same. The pillow is on the firm side despite being small one Moral of the story- the seat comfort and accessories are greatly individualized. Look out for what suits you best. Try borrowing such items from friends and try it yourself before buying. And always opt for adjustable head rests. Always! Because they can also be removed.
