This beige PS/2 cable is every bit as awesome as a beige PS/2 cable can be! The jacketing is nice and sturdy and the standard MDIN-6 connectors are just like every other MDIN-6 connector ever. For some reason I use a lot of these.

I used one of these to make 2 radio interface cables for my Yaesu FT-897D to connect to a SignaLink USB sound card for FT4/FT8 digital comms. It worked great for the purpose, just had to cut it in half, and crimp on some RJ45 connectors to each one and tested fine. Have been using ever since. MUCH cheaper than buying a pre-made cable elsewhere, and I can customize the lengths.

used with a KVM switch, served well though windows 11 didn't want to play nice, no fault of the product, just be aware before trying to interface 3 different generations of PCs where one of them doesn't natively support ps2

Broke the old ps2 cable in a move, this does the same job, AND more importantly long enough for me to setup the flightsticks how it want.
