Mr Naga Hot Chilli Pepper Pickle Sauce 2 x 190 Grams, Ghost Pepper Pickle Sauce

I used to get Mr Naga from under the counter at my local Indians and decided to order some. Wow, I forgot how amazing this stuff was. Word of caution, this is the real deal, not like most so called hottest sauces or whatever, this ACTUALLY IS one of the hottest things you could ever eat, its 70% naga chillies, not a capsicum extract, so you are feeling the heat of the actual natural chillies here, and to compliment the extreme heat it has a really nice smokey flavour. Highly recommended.

This stuff is great!It gives a deep and smokey flavour to whatever its mixed into.It's also got a healthy kick to it, if you like spicy food.

Worth every penny, this is the flavour that really has caught fire in the UK. Pretty much every Indian menu will now have a Naga option on it. The secret? Teaspoon of this into a sauce and job is done. My local takeaway confirmed this is how they do it, and I urge you to buy any supermarket curry, or take your own efforts, add some of this, and thank me later. Magic ingredient. The paste is oily, aromatic and gorgeous.

A spoon full of this is all you need to put into your curry sauce, and it will elevate your recipe to the next level. You get aromas stone fruit with a pungent flavour of fresh chillis, then along comes a gradual heat that starts gradually but soon builds and fills your whole mouth with a tingling sensation which Is not unpleasant but makes you want to dig your spoon in for a second scoop. It’s addictive stuff and will give your curries a good balance between flavour and heat. Great product, well packaged and delicious.

It's hot, not insanely hot and I put this down to me dissolving what taste buds I had left with the last jar of this beauty. It tastes as good as it smells, and I probably burnt that part of my brain that interprets smells with the last jar of this wonderful pickle.It goes really well as a dipping sauce, and even better mixed in with a curry. I added it to a phall once, and it made my wife's eyes water. She wasn't even in the same room at the time, so kudos to whoever made this.I advise freezing some loo roll for the next day, just to be on the safe side. I didn't need it because I might have dissolved whatever is left of my internal organs I have left with this.This works well with:- poppadom- curry- chilli con carne- Egg sandwiches

So, I should clarify that I am someone who has an incredibly high spice tolerance. But even for me this sauce for pushing the limit. However, it has a great taste and if you use it in small quantities with your food (especially chicken), it will turn out to be a great combination. So, for all fellow spice lovers out there, I would highly recommend it.
