This is an excellent formulation of curcumin for inflammation relief. Each dose (consisting of 2 capsules) provides 900mg of turmeric root extract 95% curcuminoids. While that appears lower than some other turmeric/curcumin supplements, the level of 95% curcuminoids is what is key -- most other "high potency" turmeric/curcumin supplements provide only about 50 to 100mg of 95% curcuminoids, with the rest being just powered turmeric. This supplement provides an effective dose should you be looking to take this for inflammation issues.It also contains 10mg of black pepper extract per dose, which is essential to ensure good bioavailability of the curcumin. Without the black pepper, much of the curcumin is not absorbed, and just passes through the body.The price is reasonable for the quantity and potency, and the supplement is made in the US. The bottle I received in August 2021 has an expiration date of March 2023.No complaints -- it's a good formulation at a decent price, and is made in the US. Five stars.

I really like to take turmeric.I find that for me it can work better than Tylenol.This turmeric doesn’t seem to work as well for me as other brands I have used.The pills are easy to take - two pills needed for a full daily serving.I have had issues with my fingers turning yellow after getting these out of the bottle!

I am new to using turmeric and will start these when I finish my current supplement. I really like that they are kosher and vegan. These have black pepper in them which is supposed to help your body absorb the turmeric better. I do wish the dose was one capsule, rather than two, but for the benefits and my joints, I will use these.

Okay, at first my husband wasn't going to use this because it didn't blatantly say it had black pepper in it. For some reason that helps. I don't know why. But it does have black pepper and so this gets a high rating.

This combination of herbals causes gastric distress, Sadly, I stopped ingesting them. Perhaps you will have better tolerance.
