Very frustrating experience
Be advised that the escutcheon plate did not come with mine. I specifically read that it came with this product prior to purchasing. The paperwork included by Delta says that it does not come with the plate, despite someone from Delta answering a question in this listing that it does. Called Delta to discuss and was told by an automated voice that my wait time was 11 minutes. 45 minutes later no one had answered so I hung up. Sending it back tomorrow. If you have a three hole sink, I would look somewhere else, or buy your own plate.**Update**Tried again to get ahold of Delta Customer Service. Spoke to Lanita...and she was awesome! She found the part I needed, registered my product, and got the plate sent out to me for free. Changed my review from one star to four.

A Different Looking Faucet... Perfect!
I love this faucet! I mean, you're either going to love it or hate it. If you're looking for something different, this is it, and you'll be very happy with it.Product is well made, and solid. It's all metal, none of those cheap plastic parts with metal coating. If you have a very small sink (like we do) this faucet may not be a perfect fit. At first, turning it on caused water to come pouring out of the sink. This is because, unlike a traditional faucet which directs the water down, into the sink, this one has it come out the front. With our small sink, it was hitting the front and shooting out and over. I solved this by slightly closing the shut-off valves to cut down on the flow. Now it comes out like a gentle stream and stays in the sink. The second small sink issue is the drain closing mechanism. The handle wound up right against the back splash with our sink, making it tough to get to. This would likely be a problem with 90% of the faucets out there. It still works, but it's tight. Fortunately, we don't need to close the drain too often in this sink.

Splashy
I love the looks of this faucet and went to alot of trouble to make it work in my bathroom. It's very pretty and it works well. The down side is the size. It's a bit faucet and it sits up high and the water does flow out not down. The flow of the water is okay even in my little sink. What I see as a problem is that because it's sits up so high we have a tendency to put our hands up high also to wash them, even to be above the height of the counter which splashes water everywhere and makes a mess. You have to think about lowering your hands down into the sink to wash them. It's like having a kitchen faucet over a bathroom sink.
