As soon as you open the bag, the delightful smell of pure coconut hits you. This grated form has a much nicer texture than the shredded type found in grocery stores. I also prefer organic unsweetened coconut over types that contain added sugar. It has a beautiful, pure taste that is incredibly fresh and delicious. Excellent for baking or adding to yogurt, oatmeal or smoothies.
