Just what I needed!
They are multi-purpose items. My newest use is freezing banana slices for later use in smoothies or baked goods before the banana goes totally bad. The lip ensures the slices will not slide off if the cookie sheet tilts in the freezer after the drawer is closed.

Superior quality and beautiful.
These stainless cookie sheets are beautiful, sturdy and just the right size that I needed. I'm considering buying a set for my daughter, for her birthday. She rarely replaces pans, or cooking utensils but I'm sure they'd last forever. I work in a school cafeteria and the quality of these pans are outstanding. A happy buyer for sure.

True size
It said 9" pan. It was 9"x7". Put the full size down. I needed a 9"x13".

Todo se le pega y no transmiten calor!
Se sienten pesadas y de buen material.Pero, no trasmiten calor.Las sacas del horno a 250 grados, y despues de 3 minutos estas charolas ya estan totalmente frias!Esto hace que la pizza se quede "hervida" de abajo, tarda casi una hora para agarrar color, y al final sale dura. La mitad se queda pegada. Si le agregas aceite, la masa lo absorbe y agarra un sabor feo.Si cocinas el pollo, todo se queda superpegado.Estan lindas para recalientar en el horno, pero no estan aptas para cocinar nada.No se en hornos de 400+ grados si pueden servir,o tal vez en horno de gas directamente en el piso cerca del fuego,pero en el horno de casa electrico son un fracaso

Mais en siens était tout rouillé… avec les nouvelles j’aurais pas se problème là… elle se laver très facilement en plus… et la cuisson est plus uniforme par ce que elle sont plus épaisses
