Motorcycle 6 Pin OBD Diagnostic Cable Motorbike Kline and Canbus Motorbike Adapter

This worked great on my 2017 RC390 with CAN. It has the pinout for both K-Line and CAN so no guessing. Used with ELM327 and Torque App. If the pinout is as shown it should work with your CAN 2017+ in the USA. The <=2016 models use K-line. If there are 3 pins across 1 row and 1 pin on the other it is CAN. If there are 2 pins + 1 pin it is K-line. If you have a USA model 2017 and the CAN cable described it is a different issue. It does appear to have both sets of pins. The only pins shared by the 2 pinouts are pin 1 (+12v) and pin 6 (ground). CAN uses Pin 2 + 3 for can H / L where K-line uses pin 4 for K-line.

Works on a 2018 US-Canada market KTM Duke 390 (after getting the smaller red connector one that did not work).

I use this on the 2023 Husqvarna Supermoto using a OBDLink MX+. So far, no problems, and I can read codes, display rpm, mph, temps, etc.

Not all cords are created equal. I tried a different one that said it worked for my bike and it didn’t. Some resellers just list a whole ton of bikes. This one is legit.
