Does this work in the winter? With the windows being colder? Should I wait to put it up in the warmer months?

I live in MN(currently-5F). Cleaned the window with alcohol and wiped a small film of vasoline on the suction cups. Hasn’t fallen off yet.

Would this work on a mini van window?

I don’t think so. It’s quite large. I have it attached to a very large window inside of our house.
