Kitty doesn't seem to mind wearing this collar. The bell lets you know where he is.

The latch snaps together easily and unsnaps easily but not too easily. They can't get it off, but if it got caught they can break away without hurting themselves. But the bell is stupid, I removed it immediately. If you want to protect birds get the multicolored cover too.

Really like these collars. Both breakaway and stretchable. Double protection. I've had over 40 cats during the last 60 or 70 years. These collars are now my go to's.

Great concept, but my cat just pops the collar off. It is outside somewhere after two days. 😆
