Antennas? Nope. These are pigtail cables, and you have to attach an antenna to it. And yes, there are 2 pigtail cables in the package.

Q: Is this the cable to plug into the 2watt Wifi Booster? It looks like it won't screw in correctly.

Hi. This cable is used to create a threaded antenna connection. When you buy a Wi-Fi booster it should come with a cable that connects to your existing Wi-Fi source and the booster - threaded connectors at both ends. You need to make sure the threads are male or female SMA connectors that fit your Wi-Fi source and your booster. The booster I bought came with the cable I needed.

Q: Can i use this outside?

I have been using one for about 6 months outside on my wireless pellet grill. Works great for me!!!

Q: Is the u.fl connector hmf4 for ngff cards like th intel ac9560

the intel ac9560 has wifi and bluetooth curcuits and the ulf to mini pci torp sma is only for adding a external antenna for a device like the ac 9560 intel. the ulf can be used on the ac9560 for remote antenna
