DIGITAL TIMER MODEL NO TM-619H-2
I received the above mentioned digital timer on 23rd March 2023. It was installed and was working perfectly ok. Yesterday on 3rd April 2023 I found the time setting is changed and the relay contact is not working. I reset the time and clock is working. But power supply is not coming in the load side after setting the timer.Please let me know what could be the problem, or what is the next step I have to do. Now I cannot switch on my sign board. Good Product
Timer is working satisfactorily as long as uninterrupted power supply provided. During load shedding (power cut) for about 5 to 6 hours Timer configuration was changed, stopped and no power output, may be due to poor back up battery. Tested the battery CR2032 voltage reading was 3.2Volts. However i have replaced battery with new one and at present it is working well.
