I'm writing a new review and giving a 5 star because when i complained to them, they were more than willing to understand and help. They returned my money within a few days, for the oil that was spilled. I have been using Gaia olive oil for a long time and I must say it's really good. Thank you Gaia.My previous review- The Gaia olive oil 2 litres arrived in a packet covered in oil, as the oil spilled out. I already paid for the oil ,which is expensive by the way, but when i initiated a replacement the same time that I got the oil, nothing has been done for 2 days now. I need a replacement as i cannot use leaked oil for cooking.
